毕业6年没有找工作，我该怎么办

我出生农村，高中以前都是努力学习，终于考取了不错得大学。之前一直对女性有一种崇拜，自己内心比较自卑，不敢跟女生接触。上了大学学校有免费的网络，就认识了女主点评论坛这样的论坛，然后沉迷其中，以致于荒废了学业。       但我还是知道好歹也要拿个文凭，每次都是考试之前复习一下也顺利把文凭拿到了，但是自己内心其实一直很低落。直到毕业前，感觉自己大学完全荒废了，根本没有学到任何东西，就不敢去找工作。逐渐对社会有种恐惧感，在大学旁边租了个单间就过了6年，因为一直还有做做家教什么的，基本生活能够维持下来，但是很多时候非常焦虑，跟家里面也基本上不联系，过年也不回家了，害怕面对父母。
      自己焦虑的时候就上论坛，自己爱幻想古代的那种大户人家，有老爷太太奴仆那种，我要是里面的一个奴仆就不用面对社会，也有温饱不用担心其他问题，天塌下来有人撑着。但是一旦自己释放之后感觉瞬间不同了，过一会又恢复过来，常常这样感觉自己内心都不是原来的自己了。
      我基本上与世隔绝，没有进入社会，没有什么朋友，能够有人聊聊天吗。我在想如果能够去一对夫妻主那里打工一年，也许我就可以慢慢进入社会了，但是确实无法想象长久做夫妻的奴，毕竟如果我能走出来以后还是要面对自己的父母的。而且这样的想法很多时候也只是空想，自己已经养成很懒的得性了，经常躺在床上郁闷。我的qq：873248816
